Hot to get info about the graph vertical extent

Hi,

I am creating an indicator with the ARROW style. I want to place my arrows at a certain relative offset below or above the candlestick. But to be visually pleasant, I must know the vertical offset that the price chart spans. Even better, visually pleasant means for example that I should know what is the space between 2 horizontal dotted lines from the vertical axis. If I put my marker at such a distance from the candlestick it will be ok.

It could not be easily added in a next build ? This is not so silly to want to have access to the graph dimensions and layout...
