Joining Signal Please Help Me

Hi , when i want to join a signal (real acc-30 usd paid signal) , it gives error. Says : page cannot be displayed

What can i do? Please help

Restart your MT platform and try again or try again later, seems to be a connection problem.

 

Thx for answers but i have tried last night and today , same result.

I think There is nothing wrong about procedure joining the signal, (i have read all procedure about 1 week ago and today and watched videos from youtube https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=ntu6pZRopq4&list=PLltlMLQ7OLeLZpxDnCMKz1tBlPcUminCT


i was succesful about joining demo signal but i got problem real signal... :(

I am absolutely sure what im doing , i deleted mt4 platform then installed again but the same result :/

Maybe some screenshots of the problem, except that: no connection page, that you've already posted, may help me to understand what is going on.

Thx Steve , i realize that , mql5 webpage couldn't open at internet explorer,

i use chrome , mql5 opens at chrome. Maybe this problem related with internet explorer ? so i will try to open mql5 at internet explorer. And let you know , whats wrong with ie , idont understand

But if you follow my above instructions, you don't need a browser, the whole procedure is done through MT4 platform.

 

and YES! , the problem has been solved! İt is related to internet explorer i think. I reseted ie settings then i could open mql5 webpage. After, go to mt4 platform and joined the signal. It was connection problem i think .
