1. Conversions from tradingview has been around for several years while very few of them have been converted and is available for free download. This tells me something: Most people who believe this should be for free would not bother to convert even one indicator for free in freelance section.

2. In most cases the authors of pine are not original themselves... The idea or algorithm is coming from another article or book written by some mathematician or computer science guy.

3. Most of those conversions are being sold for fake names in MQL Market. 

 
Depends on how much people want the indicator, I guess.
 
Premium indicators should be paid, writing testing apis and transpiler technolghy takes time.
More and more professional developers are not interested in sharing free anymore beacause it
will only benefit generative ai bullshit. So the future is probably more stuff behind paywalls.
