Purchased products tab fails to appear on login - can't install product

 

The directions to install a product say,

"To install a product, open the MetaTrader platform, specify your MQL5.community account in the settings and go to Toolbox \ Market \ Purchased."

When I specify my community account, I get the message, "2023.09.07 04:52:30.841 MQL5.community activated for 'Ad_Astra_', balance: 0.00"

but no "purchased" tab appears, so I am unable to reinstall/activate  my purchase which is preventing me from trading. Suggested solutions much appreciated!

I get to: "8. Then go in the Navigator window and click the Market folder and then Purchases. Then your Purchases window opens on the right with all your purchases and you can click the Install button on the right for the product you've just purchased."

No install button appears

NB this is a re-install of the tool as I had t reinstall MT5 to fix another problem. he latest version of the tool is on my computer

I should have thought of this when I replied.  Sorry for the oversight!

When I click on "Open", all that happens is the tool name in the Navigator flashed

Are you properly logged into your MQL5 account with your ad_astra_ login and not any other?

If yes, right click and delete your purchase and then install it again.
