MT5 expert advisor won't trade forex

Hi, I ordered EA that won't open positions. It works on SP500 when backtested, but won't work on any forex pair. What could be the problem?

Algo trading is enabled? Check Expert Advisors settings.

Also check log for any error


Btw it is not a demo ea, is it?

Ask the person that sold it to you.

 
Developer who made it also has no idea what is wrong. I think it's not his fault as it works on SP500.
Basically it sends orders, but balance remains unchanged

It' s not demo, I compiled it myself from code
I checked log and can't seem to find any issues, apart from orders being sent, and balance remains unchanged. 
I have algo trading enabled, and I've tried many stuff but it just won't work.

It does work fine on indexes. 
How do I repair this problem?

Re-code the EA so that it  uses a valid price when it attempts to open orders.
