It doesn't affect you at all. If you want to make a change to publish the product, make the change. If you don't want to publish a product under that name, just forget the draft.

Yes, but over time there will be alot of "crap".

I know the feeling, but there you are, there is no such option.

Leave your 'skeletons' in the closet (AKA draft folder).
