I've been trying to withdraw earned funds, but I'm not receiving the OTP.  It has been like this for days now. Please help. Thanks

When you don't receive the OTP is usually an issue with your phone provider that doesn't accept international incoming messages.

Change the phone number you are using or contact the Service Desk, we can't help you here.
