I have come to the conclusion by experience that scalping is more convenient for me and that is why I trade in the channel, or "along the trend", etc. I trade based on the simplest extrema, but the problem is that sometimes (how should I put it in Russian) the "price momentum" is too big and it suddenly breaks the channel rather quickly and with large values, respectively throwing me back for a day or more...

But seriously, even if someone were to describe the TS, not everyone is capable of doing it. This is achieved through years of experience.
