What happened to the rating of programmers in Freelance?

Apparently something changed in the site engine today.
In terms of sorting by programmer rating in Freelance.
Not by number of completed jobs, not by time of last job, by average amount, by average deadline.
Programmers are scattered haphazardly.

I see a systematic way of rating: fast-expensive

+ most likely sorting by reviews, and activity or recent activity

+ number of rejected works

No. Clearly the top ones have fewer stars than those below.
