You have (or had) at least 5 (and 5 activations are enough).

I have 5 activations and I want to activate the second one.  Five is enough and want to know how I activate the second one for someone else.

You can't use your activations on someone else's MQL5 account.

Your purchases and their activations are bound to your MQL5 account.

Activation is per computer and per your forum login/account.
Your forum login is danric

How Metatrader can understand your login?
You should fill Community tab with your forum lgin and forum password.

My example (my forum login is newdigital):
