Following a disappointing bond issuance in Spain, yields on Spain's 10 years government bonds

surged to 5.63% - the highest level since January 10.

Yesterday, The FTSE 100 index was closing at 5,703 -2.30%, the German DAX was closing at 6,784 -

2.84% and the France CAC was closing at 3,313 -2.74%.
