UseEquityStop : If true it uses stoploss by total Equity used, if false it does not.
TotalEquityRisk : Stoploss will work when reach this amount Equity.

CloseFriday : If true, it will close (in profit) the orders on friday, if false it will not.
CloseFridayHour : The time the open orders will start closing.
OpenMonday : If true, it will open orders start on Monday (if it's allowed by broker), if false, it will not.
OpenMondayHour : Starting hour to open the orders.
