EA Not Opening Trades When Connected To Data Center. Help!

So I have this expert advisor. I am running it on three accounts. Two of these accounts are Live. One is Demo. On two accounts, the EA opens trades normally. On one Live account, the EA does not open trades at all. I noticed that for the two accounts in which the EA is opening trades, MT4 connection

Kindly add trailing stop function to this EA. I ordered from freelance but developer is not available to modify EA for me

One Trade Per Bar

I got his expert from Freelance that opens many trades per bar. I'd like someone to tweak it for me so that it can only open one trade per bar. The original developer has gone MIA. Please assist

My EA opens very many trades but closes none. Could anyone tweak the code so that there is only one open trade at a time.Thanks guys

EA modification...

I found this EA on a blog somewhere. I kinda like it but for the fact that it opens very many trades. Basically, it opens a long trade if the previous candle was bullish or a short trade if the previous candle was bearish. Problem is that it keeps on opening new trades but doesn't close the existing
