Indicator that counts pips on specific timeframe

Hello everyone,

I am looking for an indicator that does the following:

1. give an alert and popup window when a certain amount of pips is reached

2. Starting point of the pip count is:

a) for bullish price movement: low of the previous bar or low of the current bar (if low of current bar is lower than the one before)

b) for a bearish price movement: high of the previous bar or high of the current bar (if high of current bar is higher than the one before)

3. It may take many bars to to get to the previously defined amount of pips and that is ok. But all of the candles have to be either all bullish (close > open, for a bullish price movement) or bearish (close < open, for a bearish price movement) except for the starting candle. That's why it is time frame specific. On a 1h-Chart it might seem as one bullish move but on a 5min-Chart it has ups and downs, but I only look for the 1h candle.

4. The alert should come live, of course. Not when the last candle has already closed
