Will supply and demand zones always work? or do they risk being less effective in the future when the maket changes?
As far as I know "supply and demand zones" is not a strategy. A strategy is defined by accurate entry/exit rules as well as money management scheme.
Other than that you have to clarify exactly how you want to find out(calculate) where those zones are.
