Is it possible to change the identity of a seller account without affecting the page records?

What do you mean?

Each verified seller account is based/connected on/with a certain MQL5 account/username/login.

I remind you that is against MQL5.com rules to have more than 1 MQL5 accounts.

l mean if somebody doesn't have a valid identity document for this website anymore can he/she change to someone else's identity?

Of course not, someone else's identity means that its another person and another person should have another MQL5 account.

If you register a company and then someone else takes over it ?

When registering a company, you do so as the owner. The owner is already a verified seller here in MQL5.com.

Thanks , so when the company is sold the new owners wont be able to use the mql5 assets

Try to ask the Service Desk with a detailed description and a valid documentation of the (new?) situation.

l am just worried about new situation that hasn't come yet. l hope it won't come.
