Why MT4 cant load this indicator ?

i installed 16 MT4 on PC,

some MT4 worked fine with this indicator,

but the others MT4 doesnt show any after i called it out.

Maybe the ones you installed in Program Files directory are having the problems ? do you understand about UAC ?

i installed all MT4 in C: MT4: all broker folder
