API MT4 for .Net

someone could explain me how to use MT4 APi in .NET with C# ? Should be created a Visual C++ wrapper ?

Great !! So probably I have to use MetaTrader 4 Server API. Well, how to get the files ? Where download them ? And how to use in .Net ?

Are you a broker? If this is true you should know what to do.

I'm not a Broker. I'm an IT Developer, I have to call the Broker to obtain these info. But, before ask to the broker i'm tried to have more details on the connection type, and how to do it.
