I am going to share about my time management experience with trading. When i started making consistent profits after losses. The major problem I faced was time management.

I took risk with my health at a time as i was 18 hours a day in front of screen, When i used to make losses, i had to watch screen 18 hours a day in a hope to recover my loss and it did not work well, messing my work life balance.

When I started making profit, I balanced my work and life but I faced one problem, Lets say i am opening mt5 at 11am and I have to take a lunch at 1pm to 2 pm then within my monitoring time I could not find a single trade, but when I come back to monitor screen after 2 pm i used to find that i missed two trades which could given me profit of $100 each.

This made me feel so bad so I thought I should skip my lunch? But that was not a permanent solution.

Another scenario, I keep watching screen from 2pm to 5pm but could not find a single trade so i shut down mt5 and go to gym. After coming back I found I missed three trades which could have profited me $300, which is 6 times of my quarterly gym membership. This again so felt bad to me that let me think that i should quit going Gym?

i am sure these problems should have been faced by every newbie trader.

Let me tell you the solution.

In Market, the algos are operational 24x7 and you should not think about catching every move. Lets say there are 10 signals, then even if you are able to catch 2 or 3 by manual trading, you should consider it rewarding and stop regretting what is missed.

Slowly you will find all is going well.
