EUR/USD climbed higher to clock fresh session highs at 1.1355 levels in the mid-European session, despite mixed PMI numbers from the Euro zone.

Upside restricted on Greek concerns

The EUR/USD now trades at 1.1344 levels, higher by 0.51% on the day. EUR/USD was bid higher this session, although remains shy of 1.14 handle, as it makes another attempt to break above the consolidation channel. The pair received fresh incentive on the rumours that the central bank is rumoured to have adopted an unofficial target for the cross between CHF1.05 and CHF1.10, which boosted a fresh round of EUR buying.
Moreover, the common currency is expected to remain cautious as Greece attempts to negotiate a new debt deal with the Troika.

EUR/USD Technical Levels
