This is an incorrect way of trading the trendline setup. With the prices so far away from the trendline, whipsaws are much more likely.The next up bars were closer to the trendline, and there were up bar with low volumes and also a narrow range up bar (the last one before the downtrend began), so shorting in those would be OK.
