Different spread (3 PIPS)

Is it possible to set the spread to 3 PIPS? I am using FXCM as my order platform and metastock as charting. I manually place the orders in FXCM and they use a 3 PIP spread. Just wondering if this is a client or server funcetion and if it can be changed
