Strength Calculations

1)      Samartha is the Simplest EA to work, since it has to be applied to only Single chart but it is capable of effectively trading 29 pairs. (Samartha means Capable)

2)      Samartha continuously finds Individual Strengths of all 29 Pairs and displays on dashboard as “Pair Strengths”. There is inbuilt logic to find Strength of Pairs exponentially, which can be from 0 to +365 or -0 to -365.  These strengths are calculated based on “Strength Time Frame” and “Strength Period”

3)      Strong Pairs are shown in Green and Weak Pairs are shown in Red.

4)      Based on 29 Pairs, Samartha finds strength of the major 9 Currencies (AUD, CAD, CHF, EUR, GBP, JPY, NZD, USD, SGD) by averaging the pairs which have respective currency.

5)      These 9 strengths are shown under “Currencies”

6)      Strong Currencies are shown in Green and Weak Pairs are shown in Red.

Trade Entry by Both Side Cross

7)      Whenever any currency becomes extreme strong (i.e. it crosses above plus “Both Side Strength  BreakOut” and at the same time other currency becomes extreme weak (i.e. it crosses below minus “Both Side Strength BreakOut” then its assumed that it has great chances of reversal and hence the combination of that currencies is Sold, if individual strength of that Currency > “Pair Breakout Strength(R/D)”.

8)      e.g. if “Both Side Strength BreakOut” is given as 70, then IF EUR strength crosses above +70 and if USD strength crosses below -70, then EURUSD Sell trade is taken with “Opening Lot Size” as Lotsize.

9)      Whenever any currency becomes extreme weak (i.e. it crosses below minus “Both Side Strength  BreakOut”) and at the same time other currency becomes extreme strong (i.e. it crosses above plus “Both Side Strength BreakOut”) then its assumed that it has great chances of reversal and hence the combination of that currencies is Bought, if individual strength of that Currency <  Minus “Pair Breakout Strength(R/D)”

10)   e.g. if “Both Side Strength BreakOut” is given as 70, then IF EUR strength crosses below -70 and if USD strength crosses above +70, then EURUSD Buyl trade is taken with “Opening Lot Size” as Lotsize.

Trade Entry by Effective Strength Breakout

11)   Whenever Half of Difference between one currency and other  (i.e. Effective strength) crosses above plus “Effective Strength BreakOut” then its assumed that it has great chances of reversal and hence the combination of that currencies is Sold, if individual strength of that Currency > “Pair Strength Breakout”.

12)   e.g. if “Difference Strength BreakOut”is given as 100, then Half of EUR Strength Minus USD Strength crosses > 100, then EURUSD Sell trade is taken with “Opening Lot Size” as Lotsize.

13)   Whenever Half of Difference between one currency and other crosses below minus “Difference Strength BreakOut” then its assumed that it has great chances of reversal and hence the combination of that currencies is Bought, if individual strength of that Currency < Minus “Pair Strength Breakout”.

14)   e.g. if “Difference Strength BreakOut”is given as 100, then Half of EUR Strength Minus USD Strength crosses < -100, then EURUSD Buy trade is taken with “Opening Lot Size” as Lotsize.

15)   In all cases, while taking a Buy Trade, its checked that the Trend Strength is More than Minus “MA Trend Strength” (Means its not Strong Sell)

16)   In all cases, while taking a Sell Trade, its checked that the Trend Strength is Less than Pus “MA Trend Strength” (Means its not Strong Buy)

17)   In all Cases the actual trade is triggered based on OSMA Cross over

Trade Settings and Exits

18)   If “Negative Exit Mode” is set to StopLoss, then SL will be applied to the above trade based on “Stop Loss Factor” multiplied by ATR Value calculated based on “ATR Time Frame” and “ATR Period"

19)   If “Negative Exit Mode” is set to Averaging then,

a.       SL will Not be applied to the first trade.

b.      Samartha will wait further till both the strengths for same pair Crosses above/below “Both Side BreakOut Strength” Plus “Both Side BreakOut Strength Step (R)”

c.       E.g. If First trade is taken after crossing 70 on both sides, and if “Both Side BreakOut Strength Step (R)” is set to 30 then next trade will be taken when both currencies cross above/below 100.

d.      Further, the next trade will be taken when both currencies cross above/below 130.

e.      This will go on either till it reaches 365 or total trades for that pair “Max Levels”

f.        If “Martingale Add Check” is set to true then for each above new trade, the lotsize will increase by “Martin Add Increment”.

20)   When the Total Profit of all the above trades becomes more than “Pair Exit Profit per 0.01 Lots” then all trades will be closed in profit. (e.g. if the with “Opening Lot Size” is 0.1 and “Pair Exit Profit per 0.01 Lots” is 5$ then all trades will be closed when total profit of all trades exceeds 50$.

21)   If “First Order Exit Mode” is set to Fixed Target, then TP will be applied to the above trade based on “Target Factor” multiplied by ATR Value calculated based on “ATR Time Frame” and “ATR Period". So if after First Buy, if price goes up it will hit this TP.

22)   If “First Order Exit Mode” is set to Trailing SL, then

a.       TP will Not be applied to the above trade.

b.      Samartha will first shift the SL to “Trail SL Break Even Step Factor” when Price goes above  “Trail SL Break Even Factor” multiplied by ATR Value calculated based on “ATR Time Frame” and “ATR Period".

After Breakeven, Samartha will Trail the SL by “Trail SL Step Factor”
