USDJPY Market Outlook

Over the past few weeks, USDJPY is one that makes more interesting patterns among the currency pairs.

Interestingly blue triangle have been just formed making overall pattern look like some birds. It is just automatically detected patterns. Since we know the boundary of USDJPY, we can plan our trading much easier.

Currently it is testing top of the blue triangle at 104.00 level.

EURUSD Market Outlook

EURUSD have caused huge spike in both sides. Since the price is currently reaching bottom of the pattern completion interval for the pattern. The pattern is no longer stable.

EURUSD Market Outlook

In following up to last post, EURUSD have breakout on 1.1000 level but only gone up for 25 pips only without building up too much momentum. Currently we are waiting for Unemployment claims and manufacturing index and EUR Press conference.

Here is current Price Analysis and Technical analysis.

EURUSD have been just outside the triangle meaning that it might finished small consolidation period expecting good volatility soon.

Again Harmonic Pattern Plus indicate potential reversal, however, again, 1.1000 level should be watched out.

First Potential Reversal zone are located on 1.11369 which is nearly 137 pips away from 1.1000 level.

USDJPY Market Outlook

USDJPY is currently making very interesting shape. We have explained earlier that there is strong presence of big double bottom patterns. The screenshot might be little too complicated at first, however, in Meta Trader, you just need to click left and right button to check the pattern you want.

The reason we have overlapped the brown triangle together with double bottom is to show the breakout points. At the same time, the rising USDJPY is forming small rising wedge patterns giving you some idea on USDJPY is consolidating along the patterns.

To form the complete double bottom, next important level is 105.00. From there, there is another 250 pips towards Neckline.

Although we have put a lot of words here, in fact, the pattern is most intuitive way of trading without too much analysis. All the pattern is drawn in fully automatic manner from our software. No pain of manually drawing patterns in your charts any more.

However, still there are some caution to some new traders with some unrealistic expectations.
