EURUSD Market Outlook-10 Jan 2018

EURUSD had sharp drop after the formation of ABCD pattern last week. Then EURUSD stopped its bearish movment with the formation of 5-0 pattern. Currenlty it has gone up nearly 80 pips during this corrective phase.

The classic wisdom saw the flexibility as the key factor for the survival in nature. If a branch is too rigid, it will break indeed. When the applied stress or energy exceeds the maximum tolerable stress or energy of the structure, the structure has no choice rather than breakout.

In nature, structural destruction will bring the discontinued operation of oneself. It might start new operation but with much reduced capability. Mathematically speaking, use of the structural break model in regression, Regime switching model or finite Markov chain model will illustrate the operation before and after the structural destruction well. Even without using any mathematical knowledge, it is not difficult to imagine the life before and after we have lost any structural part of our body like any limbs or organs. Yes, they will be changed substantially.

In our life, we do not like the structural destruction because the structural destruction leads to the reduced capability or death of the living creature. The structural destruction is the causation of many negative phenomena in our life like being sickness, natural disaster and death except the case of creative destruction.

Many of us were probably wondered for long time to answer if it is possible to keep the structure and its normal operation even after the massive intolerable energy strikes us. We might have less than 1% of chance to survive in such situation. However, if we have to do something at least before the event happens, and then we might try to capture the energy into the extremely flexible container, which is inflatable to the extremely large scale. Whichever direction the energy was shot, the extremely flexible container will change its shape to allow the energy to travel in the direction until it stops by dissipating all its energy.

The waveform, Equilibrium Fractal Wave, in the fifth regularity seems the naturally occurring extremely flexible container. Whenever the massive energy strikes the financial market, the waveform in the fifth regularity inflates itself to adapt the energy. Regardless of the energy direction or magnitudes, the extremely flexible waveform will help the financial market to go on without any structural destruction or without giving up the normal operation. In this book, we provide as much details about the waveform in the fifth regularity for the financial trading. Then we try to help you to use this knowledge to deal with this extremely flexible waveform for your success in the financial market.

The five regularities, which I described for financial trading purpose in this book, are not the story of math. It is the story of nature. Only thing I did was merely observing the nature and just organized the ideas in the certain orders. In this book, I brought the several powerful trading strategies to deal with this extremely flexible container, Equilibrium Fractal Wave in the financial market. You will be surprised to see how some smart people already had the wisdom to deal with this complex wave structure 80 years ago when there were no computer to visualize the waveform. I would like to express my sincere gratitude to Richard Schabacker, Ralph Elliott, Harold Gartley, Robert Prechter and Scott Carney for their dedication to study the financial market.

I believe that the application of the five regularities can be much wider than just for the financial trading. For example, one interesting question would be to ask, “Can human become or act as the extremely flexible container?” Well, I think yes. Albert Einstein already believed that the flexibility is the core idea behind the advanced intelligence. In addition, the classic martial arts like Tai chi, Taekwondo or Aikido teach you how to use the physical flexibility to stop your opponents. I think you can think of thousands of other applications in our life where the concept of the five regularities can be useful. For the rest of application, I will leave it to your imagination.

EURUSD Market Outlook 2 - 8 Jan 2018

EURUSD made a definte reversal today from its the major H4 supply zone. It is down by around 80 pips. It is down by around 120 pips from the final point D of the ABCDE pattern (H4, Harmonic Pattern Plus). EURUSD is currently heading to minor H4 demand zone (outlined in screenshots, H4, Mean Reversion Supply Demand). Another important inforation is that EURUSD entered below the geometric resistance line (20 pips, Smart Renko > Price Breakout pattern Scanner) we have outlined for few weeks in our analysis.

Market just opened. Market started with the strenth of most of major currency against USD. The most important thing to watch out is that EURUSD will break its highest peak of 2017 in 2018. In 2018, AUD is keep beating USD. However, ironically the volatility is pretty moderate. As you can tell from the lined up demand zones, AUDUSD have shown quite upwards movment in 2018. USDJPY Market outlook-6 Jan 2018

In our last analysis, USDJPY had a dip on the demand zone (H1<H4 Mean Reversion Supply Demand) for bullish move. Then USDJPY made around 120 pips upwards movement since 2 Jan. It ended up entering inside the triangle again. Now USDJPy just reached the resistance line in the other side. USDJPY made a gentle touch on the resisatnce line ( Detected from Smart Renko inside Price Breakout Pattern Scanner). Currelty it show some corretion with 26 pips down after it made a reveral at the resistance line.

EURUSD Made a several attempt to test the supply Zone last few days (H4<H4 Mean Revesion Supply Demand). So far the supply zone is still intact and EURUSD came back to test the support we have drawn ealier. We are watching closely the price action around the support level. Just inform you that EURUSD made a short bullish reversal today. It wanted to retesting the supply Zone formed in H4 timeframe. Having said that, in the renko view (H4 Price breakout pattern scanner), we are still touching the previuos resistance lines though. I mean see the locaiton of the red block in the renko window.

From the double top point of view (Price Breakout Pattern Scanner), USDJPY is around its neckline.
