Here is an excellent news. Excessive Momentum Indicator version 7.2 is finally out and ready to download. Here is what is added in the new version.

We have enabled the Trend Filtered ZigZag in its default setting. I think this was necessary to recognize the phase 1 pattern. At the same time, we have also added the visual confirmation for phase 1 and phase 4 in the chart. This visual confirmation only works in real time chart. Therefore, this will not be visible on historical excessive momentum in chart. Here are the phase 1 to phase 4 description for your trading.

Phase 1: Potential Turning Point arrival with C-C’ identification. (This is detected when the ZigZag and actual price start to spread apart.)
Phase 2: Turning Point confirm with C-C’ Confirmation
Phase 3: D Level detection
Phase 4: D level confirmation
Phase 1 will provide you the potential turning point opportunity. Phase 2 and phase 3 will arrive almost simultaneously. Then Phase 4 will comes. After the phase 4, the price can make the potential breakout at either C level or D level. In simple words, you can aim to predict the turning point at phase 1. Then you will be watching out the D level and C level for the ultimate breakout for your trading after phase 4. Whether you take the position at phase 1 is optional and it will depend on your skills for predicting turning points.

Excessive Momentum Indicator New Version is coming soon

As you know, Excessive momentum indicator will reduce a lot of potential scenario at turning point and it will help you to trade logically at turning point. We are currently working on to add new powerful features to our excessive momentum indicator.

In the new version, you will be able to follow the four sequences in time order.

Phase 1: Potential Turning Point detection with C-C' identification. (This is detected when the ZigZag line and actual price start to get deviated.)

Phase 2: Turning Point confirm with C-C' Confirmation

Trading scenario after Phase 1

You can take the typical turning point (i.e the same direction with harmonic Pattern plus or turning point detector, etc.). At phase 1, you must wait for phase 2 to arrive in the near future. If not, you need to revise your position. Excessive momentum indicator will alert for the phase 2.

Trading scenario after Phase 4.

There are two scenarios after Phase 4.

Scenario 1: D level confirmed and C level breakout - this will be against our turning point direction. Excessive momentum direction and price movement will be aligned further.

In this case, excessive momentum is created potentially due to too strong demand towards excessive momentum direction but supply was not enough. So the price will pull back and then price will break out the C level again.

Scenario 2: D level confirmed and D level breakout - this will confirm our turning point direction. Excessive momentum direction and price movement is opposite now.

In this case, excessive momentum is created due to the later comers. Excessive momentum predict the turning point correctly. This is the best turning point scenario.

In simple words, you can aim to predict the turning point at phase 1. Then you will be watch out the D level and C level for the ultimate breakout lines for your trading at phase 4. It will provide very effective breakout line for your trading.
