EURUSD Market Outlook -17 Feb 2019

As we have discussed in our previous post, EURUSD was forming the Wave 1.2345 pattern. In our Elliott Wave Trend indicator, it is showing 89.7% Impulse Wave Score. You might be making the profit all the way from Elliott 3 or Wave 4 through the turning point of Wave 5. Now if you want to make the continuous profit, then you need to watch out the two levels marked in the screenshot. These will give some clue when we can have corrective wave. Now, mind if the rolling ball effect is definitely ended or might be there too. if you are not sure what is rolling ball effect, then just grab our book: Guide to Precision Harmonic Pattern Trading. Forex Market Outlook - 17 Feb 2019

Here is quick summary of the market last week. Market was generally bullish. NZDUSD, AUDUSD and AUDJPY were not fully recovered from previous week's fall. But I guess they have made some notable correction this week. In fact, EURUSD and GBPUSD went from strong bearish to mild bearish. By looking at the correlation ranking heat map, it might be possible to generate some idea that those symbols falling over last two weeks could make some rise in next week. EURUSD Market Outlook-13 Feb 2019

After length fall on EURUSD, we have some turning point with the formation of AB=CD pattern. From harmonic pattern plus, you will see in fact AB=CD pattern from H1 and H4 timeframe. But AB=CD pattern in H1 timeframe seems to better one as Potential Continuation Zone is more accurate. For your information, you can just lock the AB=CD pattern in H1 timeframe and then change your timeframe to H4. That way you can bring AB=CD pattern in H1 timeframe to H4 timeframe. That is what I did in the screenshot.

Of course, if EURUSD want to go up, then it must break this Potential Continuation Zone first for sure. Hence, watch out the level.

XAUUSD Spread Analysis-12 Feb 2019

Gold is probably good runner lately in bull group. When things are going up, this is not for granted or not without any consequence. It would make gold spread from rest. Spread analysis shows such concept. Gold is moving further away from other correlated symbols like EURUSD and GBPUSD. Having said that, the spread is not extreme yet. Intraday signal is still calm. However, I give you early warning because when we enter the next level of spread, we can start to have the effect pretty soon. You can gauge it with how XAUUSD is treating the PRZ levels marked for now. Later market would reveal more of direct price patterns.
