I need a professional programmer to code my interactive EA

i have write my EA strategy and will send it to my selected programmer to code it

but before that i need to ask you one question?

I have an important question to develop my EA ,

I want to attach my EA to several currency pairs charts at the same time and want them to interact with them all at the same time.

for example if one of them has opened a trade on a pair another ones don't open trades. and just wait for that EA to close its trades.

or if 2 or 3 or ... of them have opened trades on some pairs another ones don't open trades. and just wait for those EAs to close those trades.

note: I want to attach just a specified EA on my charts.

for example EA-1 on GBPUSD,USDCHF,AUDNZD, ... at the same time.

is this possible in programming  and how ?

NOTE: i am working on MT4 platform.
