E.A build needed.its runs off two indicators,links are included.

I need an E.A build that uses the following indicators

1. https://www.mql5.com/en/market/product/14852

2. https://www.mql5.com/en/market/product/37335 

Trades will be taken off alerts from the second indicator and all trades will be trailed with the first indicator.

I will need.

1.news filter

2.hour for the E.A to start and finish trading.

3.restriction on the number of trades on one currency pair to be opened in a set time scale.

4.lot size based on percentage.

5.take profit to be a ratio of the stop loss value.

5 E.A. must also read a number from the dash board before a trade alert can be qualified as a trade.

Please look at the indicators and be sure you can do the work before writing.
