After the long fall started from the Supply Zone (Mean Reversion Supply Demand), GBPUSD finally stopped at 1.38350. With the formation of Butterfly pattern, GBPUSD made a correction of a bit (Harmonic Pattern Plus). However, the EFW Channel indicates that GBPUSD is still in the bearish trading zone. Please watch out the EFW Channel further for your trading (marked in yellow circle).

GBPUSD made a notable movement in Asian session. In our previous analysis, we have already marked the potential support around the Demand zone + EFW channel. There was initial bounce on its first touch. However, in the second touch, GBPUSD went straight through the demand zone. It moved down nearly 100 pips. We have a another minor Demand Zone around 1.3780.

EURUSD Market Outlook 2-5 Feb 2018
In our last analysis about EURUSD, we have shown that EURUSD was landed nicely over the padding of the EFW Channel. Indeed, EURUSD Breakout below the EFW Channel. Now, it is heading down. Our EFW Analytics detected new small EFW Channel at the sensible place (Red). The bottom of EFW Channel will acts as support for some time. Especially, I have marked the junction between the neck line of Double Top (Price Breakout Pattern Scanner) and the EFW Channel (Red). You will need to watch out this junction very carefully in the future. The formation of bearish ABCD pattern (Harmonic Pattern Plus) is still looking good.

In our last analysis, we have spotted the formation of bullish BAT pattern at the beginning of February. Here we show much shorter market analysis using H1 timeframe. With market open today, USDJPY made a steady drop during the Asian Session. The drop was coincided with the formation of butterfly pattern (H1<H1, Harmonic Pattern Plus). At the moment, USDJPY just touched the padding of the EFW Channel around 109.70. We do expect that USDJPY will depart strong from this level in Europe and US session. Potentially you will look for upper lines of channel as your resistance. The important support can be 109.200 below the current level.

GBPUSD Market Outlook 3 Feb 2018
As we have discussed in our last post, we have introduced a powerful new tool called equilibrium fractal wave analytics. So we will be using them actively for our market analysis. By the way, here is GBPUSD screenshot. You can tell many things going on. GBPUSD reacted around 300 pips during its bullish movement (H1<H1, Harmonic Pattern Plus). Then it broke down through EFW Channel (circled in Yellow) for around 100 pips. GBPUSD came down to retest the bottom of large triangle (H1<H1 Price Breakout Pattern Scanner). Yes, there are possibility of breakout through the triangle. However, note that one of the shape ratio 0.618 is just below the triangle too. Therefore, you need to watch out this shape ratio at the same time to ride the possible volatility.
