The main feature of Harmonic Pattern Order EA is to save your from repeating task of sending order, calculating position size according to your reward/risk ratio. Well, when you have 5 or more trades to do this each day, this task become really time consuming and painful. In that case, Harmonic Pattern Order EA can save you from hell. Especially Harmonic Pattern Order EA can deal with both stop and limit pending orders too. This is even better for you.

In the newer version, you can set maximum bars to allow the automatic order to be handled by Harmonic Pattern Order EA. In default setting, it is set to 10. This means that Harmonic Pattern Order EA can handle your order within 10 bars from Point D was detected.

You can always change this to according to your preference. Just change this input setting.

MaxBarsLimitToAllowOrder = 5, or 10 or 20, etc

Tactical Use of Pattern Completion Interval (PCI)

Our Harmonic Pattern Plus and Harmonic Pattern Scenario Planner exclusively provide the Pattern Completion Interval for your tactical trading.

Sounds complicated but not. Simply, if the price is inside the PCI box, then the pattern will stay alive. If the price move outside the PCI box, then the pattern is invalid. (We brought this concept from prediction interval or confidence interval from multiple regression techniques).

Maybe it is the view you need to see not the technical language. It is the PCI box that you will calculate your entry + your risk management. Inside PCI, your will pick up the good timing for your entry based on your risk management. Everything should be happen inside PCI. Otherwise, your reward/risk does not have too much merit.

Secondly you might need to use some secondary confirmation for final buy and sell decision. Remember the very advantage of manual trading is about combining information. It does not have to be fundamental data for this purpose. In our case, we exclusively uses geometric based tools and we have nearly got rid of all the technical indicator for trading. But you can use some technical indicator like RSI, Bollinger bands and Fibonacci Retracement etc.

Once you are sure about the trading and entry and risk management, then you will lock the pattern for your trading. Just click the lock button in your chart to do so.

Trading Investment Helper version 1.82 Released

We have just made a quick update on our Trading Investment Helper to version 1.82 from version 1.79.

In the version 1.82, you can now choose to show or hide specific timeframe from your watch. This is useful as you can focus on most important timeframe only for your trading. Typically we will recommend you to use 2 or 3 timeframe to monitor according to your position holding periods. In default, we have shown four timeframe. But you can always customize them according to your preference.
