As you may have seen already, 1 trade closed for a profit of 340.00 just a few minutes ago.
The last two open orders are being rather stubborn but still good trades.
The draw down was a bit more than I anticipated but the Trade Trigger was the strongest one that use.
Keep in mind that if it were not for the volatility in this market we would not have the potential for huge profits.
As I have said in the past many times, "A good trader knows when to trade and when NOT to trade".
Now is a good time to trade again.
Once again, I want to thank my subscribers for their kind and encouraging posts and messages.

I was asked why do I make these posts? I do it for one reason only! I want to keep the Subscribers informed on CANDLE LIGHT.
With that in mind, I have received a few messages about keeping the account balance low on my trading account.
Please allow me to explain what it is that I am working to achieve.
In the beginning, I traded my own personal account. I did what was best for my account. I began with 2300.00 and today it is sitting at 33 855.00 profit.
When I began to get Subscribers, they kept asking me to keep the balance low. Some wanted me to keep it as low as 1000.00.
So I tried to help them and what happened was that I missed out on growing my account much larger which means NOT making as much money on the trading.
Let me explain. MQL4 trading software trys to keep the trading ratios equal between the accounts based on the account balance. Now, if I trade 5000.00 and enter a lot size of 1.0 then a person with 2500.00 account will trade .5 lot.
Here is the problem. If I keep the balance at 5 000 then when I trade, I will make about 75 per trade on a certain Trade Trigger. So the profit on that trade will always be the same.
But if I allow the money to stay in the account and once I have a profit of 1000 in the account, I will raise the lot size, then when I trade the same trade will make me 125.00. The Ratios will be the same but now we are growing the account. Keep in mind that it is NOT the balance to be concerned with but the ratio.
Currently, I have a global limit of 2 lots. That means I will only open a maximum of 2 orders at one time.
As the balance grows I will increase the lot size and increase the global limit. Instead of trading 1 lot, I will begin to trade 1.25 lots and a global limit of 3 and continue to increase as the account grows.
The ratios will remain the same from my account to your account but the balance will grow faster.
This is what I did to take my account from 2300 to 33000.00

Now about the previous Trade Triggers, they just did not function at all with the other pairs. Also they would not Trigger any buy orders.
Over the past weeks, I have begun running scenarios for both the Major and Minor pairs. I have discovered very exciting results. The new Trade Trigger modifications seem to work with most all of the pairs and also Buy orders.
I do not have any firm results as of yet but I wanted everyone to know what I am working on right now.

Thanks for letting us know David; it is extremely important for us to know when to NOT EXPECT trades.
For the last trade you confirmed the Trade Triggers were still valid while the DD reached 100 pips; i wonder why in this scenario no other trigger have triggered
If the old triggers were still valid, wouldn't have been reasonable to expect more positions being opened at much higher price? Do you have a max limit on number of open positions? If it is so, i would appreciate to know what the max is

MAXCASSANO - Hi, I will alert everyone when I have paused the Trade Triggers. After such a huge drop in the Eur, I wanted to give it a bit of time to retract. However, as I monitor the Trade Triggers they are not even close to Activation during this time. So that just makes me have more confidence in them.
After New York opens and trades a bit, I will probably bring them back online. Certainly, by the the London opens they will be actibe.
Currently, I am allowing only TWO open orders at one time. This is due in part so that I can just make sure all is good. The Old Trade Triggers would open what I called "recovery trades" . If the Trade Trigger was valid and the DD reach a certain level then a new order would be opened. I do not have the Recovery Trade activated just yet. I will do so after a few more trades.
One very important thing that I hope everyone has learned about me, is that I am very very cautious. I am slow to change something and if I do not believe 100 percent that the trade is good, then I will not trade.

Profit 112.00 on first trade.
Profit 18.00 on second trade.
Let me just say a few things here. 18.00 profit instead of 100.00 profit demonstrates that the Trade Triggers work as plan. The Trade Trigger was no longer valid for that trade so it closed at a tiny profit. As it looks right at this moment, it might could have close out at the 100.00 profit IF we held the position. But the risk would have been that the price turns around and goes straight back to the top. So, we take our small profit and we are still ahead.
However, even though there was a DD that I personally did not like, the Trade Trigger was viable. That is why I held.
Also, please understand a few things. I DO NOT FOLLOW ANY OF THE SAME RULES, INDICATORS OR CHARTS AS ANYONE ELSE THAT USES THE MT4. I use only my Trade Triggers.
If you see a certain action from your point of view, keep in mind that it is probably something that is not important to the Trade Triggers.
One last item that I would like to explain. During an open trade, I am running tests moment by moment. I am dedicated to the open trades day or night. MY ANSWER..... This is going to be a long answer :)
Let first say that there are many good Signal Providers on this site. No one really knows what each one is doing or their strategies. Therefore, it is impossible to comment on what someone is doing without all of the proper information.
But I can say that I have seen Signal Providers hold on to a position much too long in an effort to keep their 100% perfect record. In a few cases the Signal Provider blew up the account.
As for me, I test my DD and SL as much as I test my TP and successful orders. Before an order is entered, I know before hand, the entry point that I am looking for, the exit point and how long I am willing to hold the position. All of these points are per-configured and I will continue to hold the position as long as my Trade Triggers are valid.
On the other hand, others will tell you to set the SL or DD at a low price so as to conserve your money. But I must say that it is very difficult to enter the trade at the exact perfect point. The trade maybe close to the entry point but it might move in the wrong direction before it moves into profit. If that is the case then you will have to withstand a DD. Who cares if there is a DD as long as the end result is a nice profit? Let me add, within reason. :)
Therefore, if a Signal Provider has a strategy that is producing profits and he is doing a good job, then it is up to you to subscribe or not to subscribe. He may be using a strategy that works really well for his type of trading.
The people who know me already understand that I will NOT trade unless I firmly believe in the future outcome. I will not take chances on GUESSING when to enter or GUESSING when to exit the trade. If I enter a trade then I believe that it will make a profit and in some cases I may have to Ride the Dragon. That is why I am willing to set deep SL so that the market can fluctuate and have an opportunity to realign and produce a profit. But these are my methods that work for me.
In closing I will simply state that there is a healthy balance between setting a SL too shallow and setting it too deep. Each Signal Provider has a different method and there is no one correct way. I just know what works for me.

If I enter a trade then I believe that it will make a profit and in some cases I may have to Ride the Dragon. That is why I am willing to set deep SL so that the market can fluctuate and have an opportunity to realign and produce a profit. But these are my methods that work for me.
In closing I will simply state that there is a healthy balance between setting a SL too shallow and setting it too deep. Each Signal Provider has a different method and there is no one correct way. I just know what works for me.

Let me tell you a little story............................
Eisenstein once said, that he was not really any smarter than anyone else. He just had the ability to concentrate on the problem longer.
Believe it or not, that is my motivation for Candle Light. I believe my Trade Triggers are strong and valid. This brought me to 2600 per cent and 400 successful trades.
However, there was something missing that would cause a little glitch and possible losses. For the previous 2 months, as you can see, I did not trade much at all. I was busy trying to modify my Trade Triggers.
As a result, I lost most of my subscriber base. That is OK because I refuse to trade unless I was very confident with the trade. Each week, I though it would only be a few more days before I would have the solution.
As a result of concentrating day after day on the enhancements, I can tell you that I am very excited to have figured out my Trade Trigger modifications. As I said yesterday, I believe we will see good and profitable trades this month.
So far, my Candle Light account, made 178.00 just in the past days.

Starwars, I lost all of my subscribers because my Trade Triggers made NO trades. I am unwilling to trade when the conditions are not right. That is why I did not trade. If you know me, then you know I will not take any chances because this market is high risk enough. Candle Light is now at 400 successful trades and 2665 %.

I wanted to give an update about the new modifications on the Trade Triggers. As it turns out, my additional modifications seem to work with a Buy order also. It takes so long to run one test on a single Trade Trigger but I am seeing good results so far. I like to see around 100 successful trades when activating in order to be considered a good Trigger.
The tests I am running are on the minor pairs and NOT the EURUSD..........yet.
My basic plan (providing good results with the buy Trade Triggers) will be to trade 2 separate pairs which are contrary to one another and Trigger Buys and Sells on both.
If this works out as well as I hope, then I will create a new signal for that group.
That is my update for the day and what I am now working on. As always please feel free to contact me if you have any questions.

The new modifications for the Trade Triggers are more exact than before. I am now setting up to run scenarios for several different pairs since I have made the changes on the modified Trade Triggers. So now, the situation is looking better than before.
As of now, Candle Light returned 2604 % with 99% success rate. From this point on, it will only get better.
