Alise EA

Alise is good EA for long term trades and poor performance for short term trades. It may disappoint day traders as it hit sometimes stop loss to protect the capital. Normally it catches big trend and places good positions with TP and SL. but market condition and news sometimes changes trend direction and hit SL. Generally the EA is following as the backtest which I'm giving fair good rate. Also in the backtest you will notice that in several months the EA performs better when catches confirmed trend. Yet any one purchasing the EA shot not keep monitoring day trading and expecting daily profit from Alise EA. its very much long term type of EA that needs minimum 6 months to validate and get your return on investment. version 4.0 was poor performance for short term trades then Author immediately improved it and published 5.0 which showed better performance. I wont give 5 stars in my opinion because the recovery factor needs better improvement and I mean short term trades to recover losses. Yet long term needs time and I'm going to leave it for several months and will update my review for sure if meet or exceed expectations.

I bought this EA, but loss, don't have profit like backtest result, this is scam , Froud, all users don`t get profit and suspecting scam also we are not found our money in the street, we get every $ by hard work how can we get refund to our money???

I feel the same way too. The version went from bad to worse. Last week was a disaster. Please improve the EA. I will keep it at 2 stars for now for the author's hard work. It's 0 star for the result.

I'm back to update my comment - Alise EA 4.0 did well today, the first day of the week. I'm up'ing my rating to 3 stars. I guess Alise does not know how to handle a sideway market; which was last week. Kudos to the developer.

I (and many others) have purchased this EA with great hope to get good profit by looking and back test result. I tested it so many time, with different parameters like amount, dates, slippage etc and in all cases it perform great. So I purchased it 2 weeks back. Since then only 1 wins and 6-7 losses. Many users asking me to check if this EA is scam. Initially I thought it might be matter of just few days. But from last week, I start suspecting because, Ideally any EA, which is designed for USD based pair should work for other USD based pair with little difference. For example if any EA designed for GBPUSD should work (almost 70-80%) identical for EURUSD. Because if EA is coded with various indicators and other algorithm, it should work identical for other USD based pair with alteast 70-80% match.

I have realized that back testing with EURUSD, AUDUSD , XAUUSD (and other USD based pair) are very poor with this EA - they are not even near to 40%. So I start suspecting if any hard-core tweaks are added only for GBPUSD - Again not sure, this is my suspect. After two continuous week loss, I removed my live account and kept running Demo account. I advice all users to run this EA only on DEMO account first for atleast 1-2 months. If you feel ok then only add live account. In my case I was full of confidence that this will work for Live based on backtest result. I contacted to author of this EA and he replied that he is looking into it for improvement ( means , he accepted still there are some issue and improvement points ) Considering above facts, I am giving only 2 starts. If Author improves, will change it from 2 to 4 and if not then will change it to 1 star.

Poor performance in the first week with 5 substantial losses vs 1 win. 2nd and 3rd week continued a string of losses.

Negative feedback. I don't recommend Alise EA. Don't buy this EA. Backtest result and live result are totally different.

1.Certainly the backtest results are too good to be true. I bought it because I found value in it, but it does not support stocks with trailing symbols such as GBPUSD# or GBPUSD.... and other stocks with symbols at the end are not supported, and when I asked the author, he replied that he can only trade GBPUSD. I have forward tested it on a real account, so if you are considering buying it, please refer to this page. https://www.mql5.com/en/signals/1925214?source=Site+Signals+My All ECN accounts and low spread accounts that support Japanese have a symbol at the end. I have no choice but to trade with a low spread account that allows me to trade in GBPUSD. For that reason, I gave it one star. I look forward to future upgrades.

2.AliseEA has changed its rating.

The reason why we gave it a higher rating is because the entry timing and stop-loss timing in the back test and the forward test on the real account matched 90%.

The reason why it does not get 5 stars is because it does not support symbols at the end of stocks such as GBPUSD#.

Postscript.

I purchased the EA today and within a week 3 real accounts went bust.

The overview of this EA said that the minimum funding was $100, so I put $400 in each of the two real accounts.

I put $800 in the other real account.

A total of $1600 disappeared in one week.

It all took AliseEA to lose money.

In this update 4.0, the author recommended the default FixedRisk of 10%, but 1.0 lot is too much for a $400 fund in a Yen-denominated account.

The funds will be shorted in the middle of the SL.

Margin call.

Such automatic lot calculation may be normal for dollars, but it is not the proper lot size for other currencies, at least for yen accounts.

This upgrade from version 4.0 to 5.0 is very promising.

I have changed the number of stars from one to five with high expectations.

I hope Mr. Alexei will continue to improve EA greatly.
