Backtesting on EA and indicators

Hi All,

I am looking for someone that can create an EA auto backtesting where it would allow me to view and test any currencies and there time frames. i would also like someone to create an APP for my signals that i provide. you must be able to speak fluent English or Albanian. I would also like the backtesting to work on multiple computers.
