Техническое задание

Is there any scanner that sends you an alert you when the stock is getting close(offset as an eg. 2 or 5%) to either  Weekly, Monthly, Quarterly, or a  combination of these pivots respectively ?

For instance, M = monthly, Q = quarterly W = weekly

Levels should include

M = (R1, R2, R3, R4, PP, S1, S2, S3, S4)

W = (R1, R2, R3, R4, PP, S1, S2, S3, S4)

Q= (R1, R2, R3, R4, PP, S1, S2, S3, S4)

same as above for Q and W.... where R stands for Resistance and S stands for support and PP - pivot point
