Dashboard or expert adviser needed for wolfe wave indicator

Техническое задание

I attached the wolfe wave indicator which spots 5th point. I need this indicator to alert me when entry condition occurs as shown in below pictures. I mean firstly price has to pass trendline then it has to come inside of trendline back to alert me. Also this indicator has to alert me by e-mail. You can see sell condition in bearish example with entry arrow or you can see buy condition in bullish example with buy arrow below pictures.    

To summarize alert condition:
For buy signal: Firstly,it has to cross green trendline to downside and it has to alert when it comes back to triangle by passing green trendline in bullish side

For sell signal: Firstly, it has to cross red trendline to upside and it has to alert when it comes back to triangle by passing red trendline in bearish side

After that i need a fast expert advisor or dashboard which has to scan all my symbol list on 1h, 4h, daily, weekly and monthly. When the alert condition occurs, it has to alert me with e-mail as i mentioned above.
