日本央行行长黑田东彦：如有必要将调整政策，以维持实现2%通胀目标的动能。
全球经济将继续温和回升，日本经济已经随全球经济出现改善。
劳动力短缺没有阻碍经济增长，明年经济仍将稳步复苏。
今年物价方面已经出现一定改善，预计明年通胀将继续上升。
日本需要提高生产率以提高经济增长。
利率反转理论是有意思的学术分析，不认为有审视控制收益率曲线政策的必要。
不认为现在的金融政策存在问题。

日本央行行长黑田东彦：货币政策帮助改善了日本经济，日本已经不再处于通缩状态。
巴塞尔协议III非常受欢迎，日本央行将继续关注银行业盈利情况。
由于离实现2%的通胀目标仍有距离，将继续实行有力的货币宽松政策。
ETF购买是刺激计划的一部分，不针对特定价格水平。
当讨论如何实施货币政策时，将会考虑经济和物价因素。

黑田东彦：比特币并不是一种正常的支付方式。
比特币现在沦为了投机性投资的工具。
不认为比特币会对货币政策产生影响。
对于比特币是否存在泡沫不予置评。
若用图表分析，可见比特币价格异常的高。

黑田东彦：市场与FOMC在美国利率前景方面存在分歧，不能就美国货币政策发表明确的评论。
政府可能将宣布通缩结束，即便政府称通缩结束，还是会继续执行宽松政策。
日本央行和其他各国央行一样，仍致力于实现物价稳定。

多亏了国会众议院共和党籍议长Ryan和参议院共和党领导人McConnell，税改议案将在圣诞节之前完成。
降低监管力度会“解放”美国经济。
可能很快就会见到关于边境墙的提议。
平价医疗法案（ACA）强制保险被废除，意味着奥巴马医改法正在被废除。
税改议案已经“从本质上废除奥巴马医改法”。
伊斯兰国将会很快完蛋。

【美国11月非农就业报告速评】美国11月就业人数上升，失业率维持在近十七年低位，但薪资增速不及预期，表明就业市场仍有进一步提升空间。分项数据显示各个行业就业均呈现良性增长，其中制造业与建筑业表现最佳，医疗、专业服务取得坚实增长，先前因风灾出现较大波动的餐饮业本次亦实现较大增长，表明市场基本脱离了先前两轮风灾及其后续效应的影响。尽管投资者几乎确信美联储将在下周宣布加息，但本次报告中薪资增速放缓可能对美联储明年的加息步伐产生影响。
