EURUSD Market Outlook 2- 27 April 2018

In regards to our medium and long term analysis with Elliott Wave, here is short term market outlook. We had already mentioned that the level 1.2050 of EURUSD can be associated with Harmonic Pattern in our previous post. In fact, EURUSD made a turn at 1.2055, which is 5 pip different from our prediction. AB=CD pattern was associated for this short term bullish reaction. Recent good gesture from North Korea in the latest summit took away some burdens from US. At the same time, US still carries the unsolved burdens over Syria, Iran and Russian. We hope more good news coming from these side of world too including Syria, Iran and Russia in the near future.

EURUSD Market Outlook 3- 26 April 2018

EURUSD decide to make a sharp correction (deeper bearish correction) passing the boarder line. We have two potential scenarios. Scenario 1, Wave C can land around 1.2050. Scenario 2, Wave C can land around 1.1800. Those levels are the typical .ABC wave pattern location marked. In addition we checked that Scenairo 1 can associated with AB=CD pattern. So there is high chance for some short bullish reaction like we had earlier yesterday around 1.2050. Let us see the action around 1.2050 first. EURUSD Market Outlook 2 -26 April 2018

In our last analysis for EURUSD, we added that EURUSD can have a potential bullish reaction. In fact, both EUR and USD were strong with USD slight edge for few days. There were some battling bewteen EUR and USD squeezing EURUSD price into narrow band. Finally EURUSD decided to make some turn but small one first. Now 3 Drive pattern coincide with this bullihs reaction. I have outlined PRZ Type B for potential levels to watch out during US session. Note that the PRZ Type B are coinciding with Harmonic Volatlity Zone 61.8 % and Middle box. When Harmonic Volatlity Zone 23.6 is completely broken, then we can get further into the sharp correction of .ABC pattern (check our previous post).

EURUSD Market Outlook-25 April 2018

Today, EURUSD hit four times around the 38.2% volatility zone. It seemed to penetrate the 38.2% volatlity zone at fifth time. However, there is a potential support level just below the 38.2% volatility zone (Price Breakout Pattern Scanner D1). If the EURUSD bounce off above the marked blue line, then EURUSD could make some correcitve bullish movement for a while. If the support is broken, then we can initially look into 1.2147. Probably good watch during the USA Session.

EURUSD realized the bearish correction up to Wave A level. So since our last post, EURUSD made around 100 pips down. If the correction stop here, then it is flat correction. If the correction can go down further below Wave A level, then it is the deep correction. So far, EURUSD is making some bullish reaction after the 230 pips down since 18 April.

Harmonic Volatility Indicator Weekly and Monthly Setup

You can setup both weekly and monthly using Harmonic Volatlity Indicator. In this case, you can use rather smaller margin for the trading zone. The whole purpose is to find the intersaction between weekly and monthly lines. For this reason, you do not need thick trading zone. The idea behind is similar to Gann's angle. When few angles are interacts together, they often serves as the great turning point area. Check the sample screenshots.

From my experience, when two angles are forming the clear sissor shape, they tend to act as a really good turning point.

You can also use Harmonic Volatility Indicator to confirm your Harmonic Pattern. It is probably one of those highly synconized one for harmonic pattern.
