GBPUSD Market Outlook-13 May 2018

This is the short term outlook for GBPUSD using M30 chart. As you can see from the screenshot, we have a short term bearish movment on GBPUSD last Friday. That was coincided with Bearish BAT pattern together with wedge pattern (Price Breakout Pattern Scanner). PRZ type B levels are drawn nicely from BAT pattern. Then the second type B level became critical support at the moment. On Market open, 3rd PRZ Type B and bottom of wedge pattern should be watched carefully.

EURUSD Market Outlook - 13 May 2018

So here is the technical view of EURUSD. The sharp fall on EURUSD can be the best described by its breakout through the wedge pattern (Price Breakout Pattern Scanner). The thing is that EURUSD made a meaningful turn at 1.18228. If you open the renko chart, then you can confirm that this turning point extended the previous three bottoms. So I am taking this turning point quite seriously. I think two up bricks confirming its direction too. This is a support to watch out for your trading next few weeks. In the more medium term view, you can see that we had three bearish signs before the sharp fall including triple tops, AB=CD and 3 Drive patterns.

EURUSD Market Outlook-7 May 2018

USD is strong last few weeks. In fact, EURUSD is alreayd in the sharp correction area below 1.1900. We have already warned you this many weeks ago. In this case, even the Gartley with higher MAPE have more predictable power than anything else. Strong USD is bad for many economy especially if they have large amount of debt in USD.
