i know it's better to win every race than to be in the safety car phase.

But unfortunately the action is similar, sometimes you win and make a hundred € a day and sometimes you lose and must hedging or you lose all your money.

I opted for hedging...A hedging phase can always take some time, but we do not lose our account. After this phase we will make some big money again.

We have to wait, the EA will close trades in TP and also close some parts of the fault Trade (1.5 Lot)

I will continue to monitor the EA and increase the risk as soon as a chance arises.

The weekend starts and it was a tough week. I do not regret the decision that we are now in Hedging Mod.

The drop today has shown how nervous the market is and how fast it can all go.

Hamster, hamster .. dear hamster ..

Unfortunately I couldn't hedge the position from 05.02. to reduce the lotsizes.

The bull trap this morning and the drastic drop this afternoon pushed my hedge into SL .

So I've decided to run the EA, which will reduce the 1.5 lot in small steps.

Yes, we have lost some € today, but it's better lost some € then the whole account, we will recover the lost if the EURUSD is totally hedged by EA.

For the next steps:

I will have a look @ Gold and other pairs, if i see a good chance, i will try it to start recovery. But safety first.

Update: If we hit the SL, I will look at the situation and maybe start recovery EA already.

If the 1.13 can not be sustained in the Daily, new lows are possible and a manual hedge could be more risky than the EA.

we found the bottom round about at 1,126 and saw a sharp rise to 1.1340.

Small down movements up to 1.13 could be possible, but would not change the picture.

Below 1.128 it looks bearish again.

Therefore, I have decided for a significant long position, but it has a tight SL. (under 1.1280)

If we hit the SL we could lose some money, but winning and losing is part of the game.

Now it's time to wait and watch.

Currently we are at an important resistance, should the 1.1335 be exceeded in the long term, our BUY positions should have a good chance of being closed soon.

Should we crash again towards 1.1300 / 1.1280 new lows could probably be in our focus.

oh hamster, oh hamster... the little hamster has actually left us a task with his buy position. (2019.02.05 - 01:30) :-)

We reached the target of what I wrote on Friday. (1.1300/1.1280), now its important what EURUSD will do next.

We have some fundamentals that push USD back in bullet market. We will see how long..

Therefore I started to open a small sell positions under 1.1280 to hedge the buy positions a bit further. Between a DD of 20-50% this is my favorite method.

From 50% we will lock the position and start hedging. But until then there is still a way down.

So far everything is ok, I have a plan and that sets us apart from other gamblers.

1.) Above 1.1280 we wait and hold

2.) At 1.1280 start easy hedging. (20%-50% DD)

3.) If we drop fast under 50% DD a EA will take care and lock the position an start hedging.

The hamster buy position from 05.02. will also be a part of the comming week.

The support of 1.1330 is currently being tested heavily, next targets are 1.1300 and 1.1280.

1.1300 is a very strong support and has often tested... Therefore, we will wait, our DD allows us to continue watching and take no risk.
