Create Telegram to MT4 picture/text copier

Need an EA that executes trades from specific channel/channels according to their signals whether they are in text or from pictures. The EA need to be able to read if there are multiple TPS even if they are not numbered 1-4 for example. I would also like to have the EA post in a different channel the result of the taken signal. I am the admin of these channels by the way. The EA needs to be able to read if the signal changes somehow like modification of SL/TP or the trade is closed before so/tp reaches. Also need to be able to read and execute if say half the position is closed and the one left is modified somehow. attached files show one example of signals and another when that exact position is closed.
