EA that sends notification on telegram when pips being hit.

I need an EA or bot that will send notification whenever a specific Pips being hit on my trades. It must be configured with settings on what specific pips that will only send to telegram. There must also be a settings of true or false if id like to turn off or on when SL or TP hit. Also, id like to have a filter message of the notification. 

For example, i open GBPUSD whith sl and tp. Now, I set the ea to send notification when 20,50,100 pips hit, it should send message to telegram when it hits the pips like.... "GBPUSD 20 pips hit" "GBPUSD 50 pips hit" "GBPUSD 100 pips hit". If SL hit it should send "GBPUSD SL hit". If TP hit "GBPUSD TP hit".
