Price Following Unidirectional Moving line (Indicator)

I want to develop a Line that will follow the moving price unidirectional (either up or down as per my selection in property) like stop loss and if the price reverse back and touch it than it will alert me with sound and message.

For example:

If I draw a line in any time frame of GBPJPY and select 30 pips back to follow it downward then it will start following the price till the price will go down. If the price reverse and touch it it will make a sound and alert me " GBPJPY BUY".

Again, for example:

If I draw a line in any time frame of GBPUSD and select 50 pips back to follow it Upward then it will start following the price till the price will go Upward. If the price reverse and touch it it will make a sound and alert me " GBPJPY SELL".


The property section will have the following parameters:


1) Pips distance to follow (Here I will write a digit for pips)

2) Movement to follow (Downward/Upward)

3) The minutes till the alert will sound ( Here I will write a minute till which the alarm will make sound)
