Attach the logs from the log tab for the corresponding date.
Send everything in a private message on my MQL5 profile.

If the description is clear, I will take care of the problem as soon as possible to update the version.

This EA works absolutely perfect with the right settings. You have to set everything by yourself and you need experience. This EA runs on a live account with SP500 1M since 6 Month and its profitable. And oh wonder the EA BUY and SELL and when you want in both directions at the same time. Very great work. I really like the concept but when running a single backtest with no optimisation it does nothing. For every minute the backtest runs, it add an hour to the processing time. This would be extremely expensive to run even one time on the cloud. Currently I have run the backtest for 5 minutes, the expected time started at 10 minutes and slowly climbed to 7 hours. There hasn't even been a day of progress in the year backtest.

Hello, thanks for the review but EA Builder is a tool de develop your EA, this is not an EA to use with default settings.As it is mentionned on the product page, it's not recommended to begginers, please be careful if you are not sure about what you do

As a free EA, this is already a big winner among all free EAs I've tested. However, I suggest that in your next update, regarding the MA Filter, you add the options "on Cross Up" (for Buy orders) and "on Cross Down" (for Sell orders) to eliminate the problem of placing continuous trades even after hitting TP for the first trade because I've observed that the EA keeps buying or selling for as long as the market is still above or below the MA which eventually impacts on the strategy thus making it unprofitable in the long run. Once this is done, it will be a super 5 Star for sure. Thank you

Hello. It's a problem with MQL5, not the EA. Why would you have a bad rating on the EA if the problem doesn't depend on it? There is a lot of tutorial on how to install an EA, please check at it.
