FixedStopLoss: Fixed SL value in points. 0 for no stop

UseAutoStopLossTakeProfit: Set to true to use auto stop loss and take profit value rather than fixed value.

StopLoss_Multiplier: Multiply stop loss value with the default stop loss value that the EA decides. Minimum value is 1

UseHiddenStopLossTakeProfit: Set to true to hide your original plan

Added new feature DailyLossLimit. Now you can set a daily limit of maximum loss for each market. When maximum loss reaches the EA will close all trades and stop trading for the day on that market. Please note that because the EA is multi-currency robot, it will check the loss made only for the market on where the instance of the EA is running.

Please note that, Withdraw point checks made on overall account (not for market specific withdraw) which is different than DailyLossLimit.
