USD slips and show its weakness against other major currency pairs. Currenlty EURUSD made a rise nearly 40 pips since last night. This add more gain on EUR this year. EURUSD Market Outlook-27 Dec 2017

There are many things going on EURUSD at the moment. Currently Price Breakout pattern Scanner found another triangle which coincide with the daily supply zone in our analysis. Please note that this triangle (brown) color is new triangle. At the same time, the small triangle (drawn with blue) we have detected with Smart Renko is still valid and help us to find the right direction for EURUSD. At the moment, EURUSD just dipped over the supply zone and made a the formation of another Gartley pattern (please note that the forget about the influence of the Gartley formation before the last week.). Precision Support Resistance updated to version 7.2 Update Release

Please read this instruction carefully for new updated version (7.2 onwards). We had many customers not reading the instruction. If you don’t, of course, you are not capable of making the best use of our products.

In version 7.2 onwards, you can use two different mode for Support Resistance detection. You can control the mode using Auto Lock input.

Mode 1 (Auto Lock = true): less responsive to market change. This means that the support and resistance will be updated less frequently.

Mode 2 (Auto Lock = false): more responsive to market change. This means that the support and resistance will be updated more frequently. To make use of this feature best, you have to use Lock and unlock feature of each support and resistance levels. How to lock and unlock each support and resistance levels are show in the screenshot.

Why Mode 1 and Mode 2 is different ?

Understand the principle of that support become resistance once the price move below support. Likewise, the resistance become support once the price move above the resistance. This relationship is taking account in Mode 2. Therefore it is more responsive. Mode 1 (Auto Lock = true) does not take account for this (it will change colour but not the support and resistance level itself.).

When you are using Mode 2, it is better you should lock the tactically important support and resistance levels for your trading. To do so, just double click over the support and resistance line in your chart. To remove the locked levels, simply delete it by yourself from chart or just unselect the rectangle box then it will remove the box and other lines from your chart.

If you are consider yourself as the less tactical person, then just go for the Mode 1 (Auto Lock = true). Then you have to do less on locking and unlocking with the tactical levels. I personally prefer to trade only on certain support and resistance levels. But who know, you are doing something totally different. In that case, just go for Mode 1. Once your trading skills get better, then go for Mode 2 gradually according to your own preferences.

Tactical Use of Pattern Completion Interval

Our Harmonic Pattern Plus and Harmonic Pattern Scenario Planner exclusively uses the Pattern Completion Interval for your tactical trading.

Sounds complicated but not. Simply, if the price is inside the PCI box, then the pattern will stay alive. If the price move outside the PCI box, then the pattern is invalid. (We barrowed this concept from prediction interval or confidence interval from multiple regression techniques).

Maybe it is the view you need to see not the technical language. It is the PCI box that you will calculate your entry + your risk management. Inside PCI, your will pick up the good timing for your entry based on your risk management. Everything should be happen inside PCI. Otherwise, your reward/risk does not have too much merit.

Secondly you might need to use some secondary confirmation for final buy and sell decision. Remember the very advantage of manual trading is about combining information. It does not have to be fundamental data for this purpose. In our case, we exclusively uses geometric based tools and we have nearly got rid of all the technical indicator for trading. But you can use some technical indicator like RSI, Bollinger bands and Fibonacci retracement etc.

Once you are sure about the trading and entry and risk management, then you will lock the pattern for your trading. Just click the lock button in your chart to do so.

Sideways Market Analyser Trading Tips

Sideways Market Analyser detect the sideways movement in rectangle form. When it detect, usually the opportunity for breakout can be materialized. Rather than just using the box as the breakout level, it is much preferred to look for short term support and resistance around the box as we have shown in our screenshot.

One might have difficulty to detect the short term support and resistance. In that case, you can apply the peak trough analysis for clear identification of such support and resistance around the box. When you do that you should aim for your entry near the box. For example for sell, your entry should be placed around the bottom of the box. For buy, your entry should be placed around the top of the box. We can say that the short term support and resistance are sort of the double confirmation of the entry.

GBPUSD Market Outlook-23 Dec 2017

Mean Reversion Supply Demand-"Shown/Hidden + Timeframe button"

As you can see, Mean Reversion supply demand have "Shown/Hidden + Timeframe button" from version 3.9 onwards. I mean you will see "Shown/Hidden H1" or "Shown/Hidden H4" or "Shown/Hidden D1" according which timeframe you are attaching to the mean reversion supply demand.

In fact, when you first attach it, you will only see "Shown H1" or "Shown H4". When you click this "Shown H1", this "Shown H1" button will change to "Hidden H1" and then all the supply and demand zone in your chart will be removed from your chart. If you press "Hidden H1" button, then you will get back all the supply and demand zone in your chart.

Another feature of this "Shown/Hidden+timeframe" button is that it will refresh your zones to the default state. For example, if you click "Hidden H1" button, the supply and demand zone will be calculated completely fresh. If you changed the location of switch A and B buttons to create the target price for any zone, then this will be lost and you will get new fresh supply and demand zone in your chart. So this button is useful when you want to start your analysis from default state.

Another usage of this "Shown/Hidden+timeframe" button is that you can hide the zones while you are displaying the supply zones in multiple timeframe. When you are displaying the supply zones from multiple timeframe, your chart can be messy with too many zones. In this case, you can selectively switch on and off the zones for different timeframe. This way you can make less zones appearing in your chart for your analysis.

EURUSD Market Outlook-23 Dec 2017

Forex market is almost closing for the week. Earlier this week, EURUSD broke out of the triangle (detected with Price Breakout Pattern Scanner and Smart Renko). Then EURUSD travelled around 70 pips to the Daily Supply Zone. After EURUSD touched just below the supply zone, EURUSD had a Bearish Gartley Pattern Formation. EURUSD had made around 80 pips down. and market will be closing in next couple of hours now.
