PRZ Type B versus Fibonacci Retracement for Harmonic Pattern Plus and Harmonic Pattern Scenario Planner

In Harmonic Pattern Plus (and with Harmonic Pattern Scenario Planner), you can use both PRZ Type B and classic Fibonacci Retracement from Final Point D. Fibonacci Retracement is class and simple. Often PRZ Type B provide much clear prediction towards the future movement of the price.

At the same time, use of Fibonacci retracement can make it difficult to manage your order according to your preferred Reward/Risk ratio. We recommend to manage your trading using Pattern Completion Interval ultimately.

GBPUSD Market Outlook-6 June 2018

Concern became the fact for GBPUSD. Yesterday, we have shown that GBPUSD might be in the process of changing its territory from bear to bull. After some hours, indeed GBPUSD made up around 70 pips. Yes, it is small move. Having said that we will not experience of sudden change from bear to bull yet because the bearish momentum was too strong last few month on GBPUSD. GBPUSD Market Outlook 5 June 2018

With initial bearish ABCD pattern formation, GBPUSD made around 100 pips down this week. However, GBPUSD was not able to penetrate the PRZ Type B levels (marked in black in the screenshot). As a result, GBPUSD went back up to touch PCI box. Although GBPUSD head down again after dipping the PCI box, we might see some territorial change in GBPUSD in past few days. The sign comes from Correlation Insight Heat Map, check for the screenshot. If GBPUSD is successfully enter the bullish region, we might expect to see it in response to the large bearish movement in past few month (i.e. correction.).
