EA finds the largest volume in the market and determines the level for entry. After crossing the level towards the breakdown, a market order is opened.The EA builds a two-sided grid of orders, adapting to the market. Each direction of orders works separately and has its own take-profit. Thus, the adviser covers the whole trend, starting from its start, while the adviser perfectly passes the flat market condition, trading both directions.

Advisor Advantages:

high profitability due to constant presence in the market;
algorithm for finding the maximum volume in a market area, giving grounds for entering in a certain direction;
minimum number of settings and flexible distributed volume system;

Trading recommendations:

Minimum deposit: 1000 deposit units per 0.01 volume. Based on testing and optimization of a particular set, the minimum deposit may be lower;

All parameters in points are indicated in a 4-digit format, with a 5-character translation is carried out automatically.

Back tested this EA and it blew the account several times. The strategy needs to be updated and more user inputs should be available to adjust the trading specifics. It would be great if the author could share the source code so others can contribute to improvement. Great Work!

I tested the EA using EURUSD H1 over period 1st Feb 2014 to 1st Feb 2024, using real tick data. Using a $10000 account and starting 0.01 lots. This is a Grid strategy and as such it will add to lots and increase the lots in order to build more momentum or if the market goes the wrong direction, it will open opposite trades to recover from failing open positions. The EA blew the account in 2016 and then again 2017. Grid strategies can be inherently risky if the space between the positions is not wide enough. I would normally expect the space between new positions to be at least 700 to 1000 points if trading EURUSD. In the case of this EA, this is a perfect example of one which opens too many positions and then blows the account when the market keeps going the wrong way. I think the idea is good, but the implementation should be modified to allow user to widen the grid size depending on the traded instrument. Alternatively to trade in one direction and use it as a martingale rather than a grid strategy. Hope the above is useful feedback for anyone using this strategy.

Interesting EA. Only problem is that it's completely unreliable in my testing. Results are extremely inconsistent. It will blow your account one year, then be profitable the next. Tried optimising for several timeframes, after which it would be profitable for the optimised year, then blow your account in out-of-sample data/years. The mere fact that it blows your account in ANY given year, means it cannot be used. At all.

I've demo tested Grid Machine MT5 with others such as Cape Town MT5, Dark Moon MT5, Dark Venus MT5, Nephila MT5, PZ Super Trend EA MT5, Good Morning EA, Grid System EA; none of these come close to Grid Machine MT5 in profitability and no. of trades. It looks like M1 appears to provide the most profitable outcome in terms of testing AUDUSD for the year 2021, using $10k with 1:500 leverage, Lot = 0.02, MaxLot = 12, TP = 30, TimeTrade=00:00-21:00. $10k -> $172k vs $138K (M2) and $81k (M5).
