I prepared alternative settings for the EURUSD pair. New settings are optimized in today's unstable forex market.

The results of the backtest are below. 

Period 01-01-2019 to 24-03-2020

Parameter Risk is 0.6

New settings will be integrated in new version of the EA. New features like control the drawdown will also be added to the EA.

New version of the EA is available to update.

What is new?

Added drawdown control functions to the EA and set new default parameters.

• Drawdown control mode - drawdown control modes;
• Maximum drawdown - maximum allowable drawdown, in percent;
• Global StopLoss - StopLoss value in points;

• Close all trades on Friday - enabling the forced closure of all orders on Friday;
• Close trades Friday hour - closing time of all orders on Friday according to the broker's time, only hours;

The following drawdown control modes are available:

• Disable - drawdown control is not used;

• Close all trades on large DD - close all orders when the specified drawdown value is reached. The value of the permissible drawdown is set in the parameter "Maximum drawdown" in percent.

• SL after last order - the EA sets StopLoss for all orders at a specified distance from the price of the last order. Installation occurs after the last order is placed in the order chain. By default after the fifth order. StopLoss value is specified in the "Global StopLoss" parameter.
