Ace Supply Demand Zone Indicator – How to Remove Stop Loss and Take Profit Levels

One of the greatest advantage of Ace Supply Demand Zone indicator is that it provide a flexible Profit and stop target for your trading. After you have learnt how to use this profit targets, now you want to learn how to remove them. Of course, there is a way to remove them. The trick is simply moving the stop text above the Entry text (for the case of buy). You will do the opposite for the case of sell. Harmonic Pattern Scanner

Harmonic Pattern Scanner is the automated tool to detect harmonic patterns. Here is very simple explanation on type of pattern detection algorithm behind Harmonic Pattern Scanner. Not all the harmonic pattern detection algorithms are the same. In the past the main variations of Harmonic pattern detection algorithms can be categorized as following four types.

Type 1: Non lagging (fast signal) but repainting – option to enter from turning point. Indicator does not show the failed pattern in chart and last pattern can repaint.

Type 2: Lagging (slow signal) but non repainting – no option to enter at turning point (i.e. early signal). Indicator does not show the failed pattern but last pattern does not repaint.

Type 3: Detecting pattern at point C but repainting – option to enter at turning point. Indicator detect pattern too early and you have to wait quite bit of time until price move near the point D. In fact, price may not move near point D. You might just waste your time waiting for the pattern. Indicator does not show the failed pattern and last pattern can repaint.

Type 4: Non lagging (fast signal) and non repainting – option to enter from turning point. At the same time, the pattern is not repainting. This is hybrid of all above three system and can be considered as the most powerful harmonic pattern indicator.

This means that now you can measure the probability of each turning point in price and time. This is useful for many trading strategies including fibonacci price patterns, harmonic patterns, elliott wave patterns and X3 patterns as well as moving average cross over, etc.

In version 1.63, we have only implemented Fractal Pattern Indicator without Fractal Moving Average inside. This is due to our decision of shipping Fractal Pattern Indicator and Fractal Moving average indicator as two separate indicators.

This decision was made because constructing Fractal pattern indicator with over thousands of chart objects is too heavy for computation. Also, we will be adding more valuable stuffs to the Fractal Moving Average indicator in the future.

So Fractal Moving Average indicator will come in Optimum Chart too in another update in the future. In term of User interface of Fractal Pattern Indiacator is exactly the same as explained for MetaTrader version here.

For now, make sure to use Fractal pattern indicator for better performance. Here is some simple and straight forward usage of turning point probability in Fractal Pattern Indicator.

If you are using Harmonic Pattern or X3 pattern, make sure that turning point probability in Time > 50% at the point D or last point of the pattern. This will filter out many premature patterns increasing your success rate.

I will explain why this is the case as we have more time to write up in the future.
